Hawaiian Style Volleyball Ohana

We are a family-based youth Volleyball club whose comprehensive learning environment has proven to be successful at all levels. Alumni have gone on to succeed at the Collegiate, International, and Olympic levels!  

Mission Statement

Hawaiian Style Athletics is a youth-based sporting organization whose mission is to focus on the personal, educational and athletic growth of student-athletes while maximizing developmental and collegiate opportunities offered to the youth of Maui’s community through exposure and competition on a local as well as national level. We are dedicated to creating an environment that will improve techniques, physical skills, teamwork, and game knowledge while uniting players from many different geographical areas in striving toward a common goal.

Goals

Respect - Members will learn the importance of respecting themselves, their parents, their teammates, and ultimately, the game itself.

Sacrifice – The necessity of sacrifice in order to achieve personal goals and more importantly, the goals of the team.

Maturity – The opportunity to grow as an athlete as well as a person through the physical, mental, and emotional challenges competition on a local, as well as a national level, may entail.

Network Enhancement – Provide a continually expanding network of resources for parents in an effort to help simplify the complex collegiate recruiting process.

Cutting Edge Instruction – Remain professionally relevant through continual education and awareness.
